Debbie Best, co-founder and a senior practice management consultant for Consulting Network, evaluates staffing needs and the office computer system to develop a strategic plan for practice productivity. She designs customized schedules, personalized job descriptions, and a personnel manual to fit each practice's needs. As a part of her consulting program, Debbie also focuses on the role of the front desk team, financial controls, anti-embezzlement protocol and practice building.
Rosemary Bray, an outstanding motivational speaker, trainer and consultant, specializes in building better teamwork through communications and other proven techniques. She consults to practices to improve the in-person, telephone and written communication, customer service, marketing and patient/staff motivation. She draws on her 30 years experience in orthodontics and dentistry in her training exercises and lectures.
Carol Eaton, known for her enhanced communication skills, provides a solid framework for improving inter-office communication. She will share pertinent information for improving verbal skills that promote patient/parent relations, increase conversion rates, make fee discussions easier to present, and create a healthy work environment for a true team. Carol will also give input on enhancing the role of today's treatment coordinator and how the TC can help bridge the gap between front and back office team members.
Lori Garland Parker, clinical consultant for Consulting Network, addresses key clinical organizational and efficiency issues that face orthodontic practices today, such as reducing emergencies, effective patient education and motivation, and systems to ensure quality care and reduce stress. She also teaches essential elements of a quality new-staff training program to speed the training of new team members, plus offers a complete line of customizable training materials.
